Returns & Exchange Policy
The 48-Hour Window
Timeframe: Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours of product delivery.
Eligibility: Requests made beyond this window will not be eligible for review.
Product Condition
Tag Intact: Original brand tags must remain intact and attached for a return or exchange to be accepted.
Original State: Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, including all original packaging.
Exclusions: Customized or bespoke silhouettes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Mandatory Inspection Process
Atelier Quality Check: All returned items undergo a strict quality inspection upon arrival at our atelier.
Rejection: If a product is found to be used, soiled, altered, or missing its original tags, the return will be rejected and the item shipped back to the customer.
Refunds & Exchanges
Refund Policy: Refunds are only processed in specific cases and only after a thorough inspection has been completed at our atelier.
Resolution: For all other valid returns, we offer a one-time exchange for a different size or silhouette.
Return Shipping & Timelines
Shipment Deadline: Once a return request has been initiated, the item must be shipped back to us within 3 days. Returns that are not dispatched within this window will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.
Customer Responsibility: For all standard returns and exchanges, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This includes cases where multiple items were ordered and one or more are being sent back.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt with supporting evidence. Once your return request is confirmed, we will cover all shipping costs associated with the return.
